Marathon Air accepts checks and credit cards. We charge a flat-rate diagnostic fee for the initial visit to your home or visit.
This includes travel to you, expert diagnosis of your problem, as well as a thorough explanation of your repair or replacement options.
If you choose to have the repair performed, or purchase a new system, the initial diagnostic fee is waived.
For all of our work, we provide flat-rate quotes at the outset of each job.
If you know you need to purchase a new system, we will provide a free comparison quote at no charge. There is no diagnostic fee if you need a quote for a new system, as opposed to diagnosis of an unknown problem.
