The owner hails from Minnesota.  He has never lost touch with strong midwestern values, including deep-seated honesty, integrity and a feeling of significant responsibility to each customer we serve.  We are not always perfect.  For example, sometimes in the middle of the summer, we get too busy, so sometimes simply cannot get to all calls quickly enough.  We hate that problem!  Our only solution is that we absolutely prioritize emergency calls.  Plus we are working on growth techniques to better meet your needs.  But perfection in serving our customers is always our goal.

We are commercial air conditioning and refrigeration experts.  So we perform a wide range of commercial a/c and refrigeration services, including installation, and all sorts of repairs ranging from the hihgly complex down to simple maintenance.  We work for all types of businesses in the greater Orlando area. 

Although we are primarily focused on commercial, we certainly have fair enough prices to be frequently sought after by homeowners, too.  Most of our residential work stems from the commercial.  This means we often provide A/C services on the homes of our commercial customers, because they know they can count on us.

Our experience covers everything from changing a residential air conditioning thermostat to installing a warehouse and building sized commercial air conditioning and refrigeration units.  This includes rooftop a/c units, often installed by way of a crane, of all shapes, sizes, makes and models, walk-in and display coolers, hoods and freezers. We also sell, design, install, service and maintain complete air conditioning and heating (HVAC) systems inside homes. And we can evaluate and improve the efficiency of your existing commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems to meet the recently improved industry standards.  This saves you a lot of money in the long run, although we realize that repair is usually the first goal for financial reasons.  We would never suggest a replacement unless absolutely necessary or highly desirable from a cost perspective.

Additionally, we repair commercial air conditioning, condensers, compressors, ice machines, coolers, and freezers, and all variety of commercial refrigeration equipment.  These may all have numerous system component failures, sometimes happening at the same time, requiring skill to troubleshoot and repair.  For example, we replace fan motors and belts, identify and replace loose or overheated wires, identify and patch holes in copper lines causing freon leaks, de-ice components that have frozen, clean dirty coils, clear overflowing water pans, and that sort of thing.
