The contractor who owns Marathon Air, and who either personally performs or closely monitors every refrigeration and HVAC job, started his professional life working as a restaurant owner and manager.  For nearly twenty years, he also sold restaurant refrigeration equipment and designed entire restaurant rebuilds.  This eventually morphed into providing both commercial refrigeration and HVAC repair services to all businesses, not just restaurants.
